Must have Skills : SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty Job Requirements : Role: Team Lead Level 9 Years of Experience: 7-10 years in SAP HCM out of which 3 to 4 Years in SuccessFactors Skill details: SAP Success Factors Compensation Mandatory: Certified SuccessFactors Compensation professional with excellent understanding of end to end compensation cycle in Global organizations Minimum 2 end to end Implementations in SF Compensation and minimum 1 implementation of any two modules of SF viz PMGM or RCM or Employee Central or Succession Should have worked in minimum 2 SuccessFactors support Project Good Experience in Success Factors Project management methodology deliverables Solid knowledge on all the HR Business Processes Must have experience in setting up compensation plan templates, Familiar with setting up Guidelines and eligibility rules Have worked on creating budget and adding budget calculations Familiar with managing group assignments to compensation groups.
