Job Description :

Position : Front-end Tech Lead

Experience : 7Yrs to 11Yrs

Joining Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities: 

As a Frontend Lead you will study end users to understand customer workflows and pain-points, create designs from concepts to production stages and interactive data visualization concepts working with data and analytics teams. Provide pixel-perfect interfaces with a high attention to detail. Work with developers to ensure designs are built to specifications and with product managers, marketing and executive team to build exciting design concepts.

Minimum qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in Frontend development like VUE.JS/React JS/Frontend Frameworks.
2. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a scientific or technical discipline.
3. Constantly and consistently implementing new features and optimize existing ones from controller-level to UI
4. Vigilantly and rapidly fix bugs. Continuously solving problems.
5. Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking.
6. Work closely with Product managers, UX designers and back-end engineers to implement front end solutions. Endorsing upcoming standards, launching, iterating and making a difference.
7. Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, in -depth experience in
8. developing web-based applications.
9. Extremely detail oriented to strive for pixel perfect implementation in all browsers
10. Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components
11.  

Preferred qualifications:

1. Ideally 7 +years of relevant industry experience with strong experience in HTML , CSS, JavaScript Frameworks ( Like  VUE.JS/React JS/ other Frontend Frameworks)
2.  Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces using HTML and CSS.
3. Self-confidence, dynamism and a belief in challenging yourself
4. Experience designing for enterprise software
5. A can-do attitude personality with passion to learn artificial-intelligence (Machine Learning)
