  • Approximately 50% of the total digital talent pool available across 13 hot demanding skills in India and talent demand is growing at average of 45% in each skill
  • 69% of these talent pool installed across 4 major locations such as Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Pune and Hyderabad locations
  • 13 digital skills set to increase very high hiring demand among top 50 organizations in India for next 24months
  • Upskilling and Cross Skilling of the existing talent pool has been rapidly increasing across 200+ associated digital skills as per our study
