Day Software (CQ) a enterprise content management software company which was acquired by Adobe Systems on 2010 for US$240 million. After acquisition, Day CQ content management suite renamed as “Adobe Experience Manager” (AEM) and getting popular in adobe marketing cloud. Its leading and competing with Sitecore, SDL Tridion, HP Autonomy and others.

Customer Problem Statement:

Our multiple, Tier I MNC Services and Digital agency firms have faced large hiring demand for Adobe experience manager (AEM) skill set in last 3 quarters. Especially, the demand is heavy on versions like AEM 5.5, 6.0 & above. Part of the content management practice, our clients wanted to increase AEM headcount across Bangalore, Delhi/NCR and Pune global delivery centers.  It been one of the niche/ hot skill since 2012 in India, our client continuously finding difficulties in attracting talent pool among the hiring competition.


Adobe experience manager (AEM) have been one of the hot trading skills in India as per HAN Digital hiring outlook 2017-18 and expected to continue as hot skills in 2018-19 FY.

HAN Digital did requirement analysis on AEM talent need by different client skill Adobe experience manager  sets, experience, location, employer market perception and talent cost.
