His strategic advisory partnerships and talent intelligence reports have shaped client business decisions and reinforced India's position as a leading global business and delivery destination, with expertise spanning Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and beyond.
Under his direction, Han Digital Group has extended its consulting practice into technology-led delivery helping global enterprises build, delivery and scale IT services, AI capability, and managed operations from India, alongside the talent and GCC advisory work the Group is known for.
Saran holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Madras and has completed an Executive Program at IIM Bangalore. He remains actively engaged with industry associations shaping the future of talent consulting, technology delivery, and the broader IT-BPM industry, driving the Group's continued investment in innovation, client outcomes, and organizational excellence.
