Problem Statement:

A Tier I MNC Services company signed new outsourced contract from north American banking customer. Part of the deal, they wanted to increase RPA practice headcount across Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and UIpath technologies in Bangalore and Pune global delivery center in 2months time. As their business grew and they acquired new clients for digital transformation, they found it challenging to take a more strategic approach in attracting talent.

Approach:

HAN Digital did requirement analysis on RPA talent need by different RPA skill sets, experience, location, employer market perception and talent cost. HAN helped client to understand, talent market availability of 8,000+ RPA resources in India to make strategic talent acquisition. From the analysis HAN and client understand the available talent market by location, company type, experience and salary.

Proposed various hiring strategies to achieve quality hires and executed as per client need. HAN set up client specific RPA hiring team of recruiters and market intelligence team to help the client in hiring success.

Outcome :

Han was successfully able to help the client with 45 RPA onboards in 60 days. As a result, the client was able to significantly reduce the time to hire. The client was able to retain its client projects and deliver the projects on time.
