Must Have Skills : SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Good To Have Skills : No Technology Specialty Job Requirements : Role implementing Maintaining SuccessFactor projects for clients across the globeSelected candidates will be working across the SDLC cycle of the SuccessFactor projectas per requirements Skill SAP SuccessFactorsMust Have 1 5 to 8 Years experience in SAP HCM Success Factors 2 Good knowledge of HCM Concepts and HCMS Functional domain knowledge3 Resources must have 1 yrs of implementation experience in SuccessFactors 4 Must have participated in transition of the functional design Requirements5 Must have Assisted in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the applicationincluding security integration performance and quality requirementsGood to Have1 Core HR Experience2 SuccessFactor Experience3 Experience in leading small teams.
Location Flex are Pune/Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore
• Trained / Certified / Knowledge /LMS on SAP SF (If they don’t have real time project experience will also work
• Strong HCM (Payroll and Time Management module from Tier 1 organization only ),other SAP HCM module will not be entertained
• 2-3 Implementation will also work and no need to hold any profile because of implementation but need to look the tenure ship on SAP HCM
