Must Have Skills : SAP HANA Technical Architecture & SAP PO/PI & APIs Development Experience.
1. Analyze the incidents and service requests raised and resolving the tickets.
2. Work with functional consultants, understand the solution to be implemented and ensure it is correctly implemented
3. Prepare and send regular reports – daily, weekly and monthly status on application support including status on tickets, root cause analysis, possible escalations, continuous improvements and other related project activities and issues
4. Interact with clients and client teams on mail, Lync and tele-conferences.
5. To be able to analyse the PI maps.
6. Should have expertise in understanding Business system, software components and technical systems
