Roles and Responsibilities

1. BS or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field with 5 - 7 years of experience in software engineering. - Strong knowledge of OOD principles, with ability to map them to language of choice (Java, C++ etc.). Ability to recognize design patterns based on technical requirements and problem domains 2. 2 or more years of Java experience 3. Proven Desktop and / or Online development experience 4. Web (Rich Internet Applications preferable) and server side technologies, JEE, XML and MDA 5. Database experience preferably with Oracle / MySQL 6. UML and Use of enterprise design tools is preferred 7. Familiarity with Maven, ORM, Hibernate and clover is a plus 8. Test driven development and knowledge of test automation frameworks a plus. 9. Experience with quality attributes like Reliability, Availability and Scalability much desired. 10. Experience with TSP/PSP and/or Agile met
