Roles and Responsibilities

Project Manage ISV SOA Validation Projects- (Business Catalogue, Industry & CBS Specialty)   Act as single point of contact for all the 3 SOA Validation projects.  

Collaborate well with all  teams to get the work done.
Mentor, Coach, Develop and motivate a high performing team.
Maintain appropriate resource levels, recruit, performance manage individuals in line with business need.
Measure performance and appraise as appropriate.
