Roles and Responsibilities

1. BS or MS in Computer Science or related field - 9-14 years of software industry experience - 5+ years of experience with any modern object oriented language. 2 or more years of Java. 2. Strong knowledge of OOD principles, with ability to map them to language of choice (Java, C++ etc.). Ability to recognize design patterns based on technical requirements and problem domains 3. Web (Rich Internet Applications preferable) and server side technologies, J2EE, XML and MDA 4. Database experience preferably with Oracle / MySQL 5. UML and Use of enterprise design tools is preferred 6. Familiarity with Maven, ORM, Hibernate and clover is a plus 7. Experience with TSP/PSP and/or Agile methodologies is a plus. 8. Test driven development and knowledge of test automation frameworks a plus.
