Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting analyst is an Individual Contributor role. The job includes:

Own, manage the creation and production of Business Scorecards and Reports for periodic business reviews
Provide in-depth data analysis needed to identify business trends, drivers and understand variances to key business targets and commitments
Driving Operational and reporting efficiencies by focusing on reporting data integrity and accuracy
Deliver ad-hoc reporting and data request as necessary. Understanding new reporting needs, conceptualizing and implementing
Identifying and analyzing opportunities to optimize operational drivers for improving fiscal prudence and greater customer satisfaction (business considered as the customer)
Established subject matter expertise for all published reports
Engage with WW/ Regional/ Operational reporting teams in sharing best practices and implementing the learning’s in the existing setup
Required Skills:

Bachelors / Masters Degree with 3 to 7 yrs of experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing consistent execution of monthly business processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to consolidate and integrate a wide
range of inputs
Proven ability to decompose high level requirements into specific detailed
requirements
Advanced Excel Pivot Table and Modeling Skills and deep experience with Office 2007
