Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for Business Development Executive(Senior) responsible designed to create new customers and penetrate existing ,Closing Multi-Million Dollar (At least 40 million Dollar) Deals .Develop Strategies ,techniques include assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, generating leads for possible sales, advice, creation and enforcement of sales policies and processes, follow-up sales activity, formal proposal or presentation management and writing, pitch and presentation rehearsals, and business model design. Business development involves evaluating a business potential, using such tools as marketing, sales, information management and customer service. Roles & Responsibilities: ~ Must have ability to develop and close deals sizes of at least USD 50 million. ~ Must have the ability to be able to engage C-level executives at client organizations. ~ Should have ability to present the total outsourcing solution of GTS. ~ The main experience required is the ability of CXO engagement and ability to manage complex deals. ~ Vertical knowledge of a particular industry is not critical. Verticals 1. Banking - Mumbai 2. Travel & Transportation – Mumbai/Delhi 3. Retail - Mumbai/Delhi 4. Industrial (Auto & Auto ancillaries) - Mumbai/Delhi ~ Lead professional position for the Business Development profession, the Business Development Executive is responsible for the initial qualification involving new and/or emerging business opportunities. ~ Works with sales and marketing extended teams as well as customer/prospect executives to quickly determine if an opportunity should be developed, transferred to another provider or partner, or formally closed out as an invalid business opportunity. ~ Is responsible for creating and building relationships that will result in additional revenue and revenue opportunity within the geography or enterprise. ~ Acknowledged as an expert in identifying and building discipline/specialty offerings/solutions in new markets. ~ Invests company resources to ensure coverage and penetration for new opportunities. ~ Leads very large multifunctional teams to develop and close the most complex, leading-edge, high risk opportunities, planning and leading negotiations with all levels of customer/prospect management, including senior executive management. ~ Leads business unit, country or international teams of professionals including sales specialists, client relationship professionals, I/T specialists, I/T, architects, and Business Partners and others to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet the most demanding customer requirements. ~ Recognized as the expert by customer/prospect and Company executives. Possesses strong financial skills and superior selling skills. ~ Using knowledge of future trends, anticipates, creates and defines innovative and visionary solutions for leading edge or critical customer/prospect business requirements. ~ Makes critical business decisions quickly and independently. ~ Accountable for business unit, geographic or international objectives and sales results. ~ Builds lasting strategic relationships with influencers and partner companies (e.g., Business Partners, venture capital firms, incubators, etc.) that grow presence in new market sets.
