ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

He/She will responsible for design, development, testing, and maintenance of a wide range of features in Employee Management Solutions products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive leadership experience in design and implementation of shrink-wrapped Windows applications. 
The engineer will work with architects, other developers, QA engineers, project managers and product managers to ensure that the applications meet the Intuit product offering values and exceed the customer's expectations. The product must be functionally complete, reliable, easy to use, and supportable and meet the performance targets. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

- Strong experience with Windows development and Win32 APIs is preferred.
- User interface-oriented design and development experience 
- 5+ years of experience with any modern object oriented language. C++ preferred.

 Job Description

The individual will provide leadership for test design and guidance during test specification of individual product features for client's Storage products. 
S/He will provide technical leadership and advice Test Manager with test planning activities. 
The individual will act as a mentor for junior members in the test team and work with the test architect and test manager in effectively managing the test team deliverable s through his technical skills and prior experience.


Experience Required
