Roles and Responsibilities

1) This is a Technical Lead position in the area of Virtualization. The candidate would be expected to lead a team which work on software virtualization technology.The lead responsibility involved complete ownership of all the deliverables from the team - Reviews of all artifacts, Design decisions, Defect backlog reduction, Active incoming defect management etc.

2) Apart from the Lead responsibility, the candidate is expected to drive the roadmap in the area - Need to conceive the latest featues that need to incorporated, size the effort, articulate the business benefits and drive the technical implementation with in the estimated timelines.

3) The role also would have customer facing activities and may also involve handling pre-sales activities.
