Roles and Responsibilities
Change Management Managers need to have the following experience -
- Work Experience – Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Change Management Effort Estimation, CM Project and Team Management. The candidate should have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client. The candidate should have completed at least 4 change management projects of duration not less than 6 months each.
- Role – Has work experience setting up a CM project and managing work streams such as Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness / Surveys, Business Readiness, Change History Assessment), Change Network, Leadership Coaching, Training Strategy and Learning & Performance Support. Additional experience in Organization Design/Culture and Change Diagnostics/Analytics areas would be beneficial. As part of project delivery the incumbent will need to:
o Set up and Lead execution of change projects
o Manage Service Delivery through large teams working in multiple work streams
o Support in proposal response and business development initiatives
o Support growth of the Change Management offering group by participating in development of assets and innovative thinking
o Experience in managing change related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle is a must
o Provide thought leadership in the area of Change Management
o Work on Internal Initiatives support Asset Development for Accenture
- Requirement - Candidates should have 8 to 12 years work experience. MBA/Masters degree (emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behavior) off which at least 6 years of experience in Change Management related projects is desired.
General Skills
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus
- Excellent team management and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment
