Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms & conditions for the projects according to the project charter or project agreement. He/She is responsible for overall performance for managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management. They are also responsible for managing all the project resources and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.

  Technical Expertise:

·     Extensive experience with Web architecture and design

·     Fluent in web frameworks including Spring MVC, Struts, JSF, AJAX, Java script, JSON, Dojo etc

·     Good understanding of DB2 and SQL

·     Fluent in Object oriented design and has knowledge of many design patterns.

·     Strong experience in XML

·     Practical experience in Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Frameworks such or Hibernate or iBatis or JPA.

·     Experience in Apache and Tomcat , WAS, Enterprise RedHat Linux.
